By accessing and using Skip The Line ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skip The Line provides a mobile ordering platform for coffee carts and food vendors. The Service includes QR code ordering, SMS notifications, order management dashboards, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payment

Skip The Line uses a credit-based system. One credit provides 24 hours of unlimited orders during an event. New accounts receive 1 free credit. Additional credits can be purchased through the dashboard. All credit purchases are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Skip The Line and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skip The Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
