Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial that includes all features of the Starter plan. While we require a payment method upfront, you will not be charged until your trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial without being charged.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- You cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge (not including the trial period)
- Prolonged service outages or disruptions caused by issues on our end
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
3. SMS Overage Charges
If you exceed your monthly SMS allowance, you will be charged for overage SMS at your plan's rate (Starter: $0.10/SMS, Professional: $0.08/SMS, Premium: $0.05/SMS). Overage charges are non-refundable as they reflect actual SMS delivery costs.
You can monitor your SMS usage in real-time through your dashboard to avoid unexpected overage charges.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Business name
- Reason for refund request
- Date of charge
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
7. Service Disruptions
In the event of prolonged service outages or disruptions caused by issues on our end, we may offer prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion. Please contact support to report any service issues.
