1. Free Credit
New accounts receive 1 free credit to try the service. This free credit requires no payment and therefore no refunds are applicable. You may cancel your account at any time.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased for unlimited orders during events are generally non-refundable once used. Each credit provides 24 hours of unlimited orders when you start an event.
If you have unused credits and need a refund:
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Contact us at support@skiptheline.dev with your request
- Once a credit is used to start an event, it cannot be refunded
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your account email address
- Business name
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Service Disruptions
In the event of prolonged service outages or disruptions caused by issues on our end, we may offer prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion.
6. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Unused credits remain valid and can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Used credits cannot be refunded.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
